How long will delivery take ?

Delivery within Lagos takes between 24-72 working hours. Delivery outside Lagos takes between 48-72 working hours for doorstep delivery and 48 hours for items conveyed through transit Buses.

However, in the case of a faulty item, please contact us immediately and ensure that items are available for return within 24 hours. We will replace the items at no extra cost. How often do you receive new items ?

We try as much as possible to ensure that the pictures are an actual representation of the items merchandised. In some cases, the pictures do not do justice. We also ensure that the items are described adequately

Are your price negotiable ?

All prices on the website are the best prices. However, there could be room for negotiation when making bulk orders for party uniform fabrics (asoebi).

Can I request for a lace that is not displayed on your website ?

Please note that to order an item not displayed on our website, you will need to pay a non-refundable token to engage our personal shoppers. Please allow between 24-48 working hours for feedback on the search.
